Se establece dado a la necesidad e inexistencia de uso dado al lugar, insertando prácticas
deportivas contemporáneas para la generación y solución de nuevas culturas, tales como
rollers, skaters y bikers,
Además, es la cabeza del parque bicentenario y lleva consigo la etapa 1 de desarrollo del
mismo.
